My name is Helen Turner; I am the creator of the 5 Step Transformation to becoming an EMOTIONALLY EMPOWERED MOM system. I do something that is unique in my industry in helping to eliminate many of the problems moms have when trying to juggle it all- raise kids, run a household, work, and try to keep their own health and sanity! In a recent study in which busy moms were asked what their top struggles and emotional stressors were in relation to trying to keep all the balls in the air and balance not only their own, but their families’ lives, it was found that they experienced three major challenges in their everyday life of raising tiny and midsize humans. I would like to show you these three problems and then tell you about a FREE workshop that will show you how to eliminate them. In a follow up survey with dozens of drained and tired moms who attended the FREE workshop, every single mom reported being able to work though and even overcome the challenges they face on a daily basis, after learning the steps, tools, and techniques to do so.
